024-001 Dendric Opal and Pearl Necklace

This beautiful pendant necklace is an eye-catching, modern piece in bright silver and beautiful dendritic opal. These stones are a from of common opal, but contain dendric inclusions or veining that often resembles moss, trees or snowflakes. The particular stone used in this necklace is white a with dark navy inclusions. For a modern, mixed-metal touch, the stone is hand-wrapped in 14 karat gold filled wire with a single freshwater pearl charm suspended alongside. 

The pendant hangs off a chunky, hammered silver chain and closes with a handmade loop and hook closure. At 16 inches long (plus the length of the pendant) this necklace can be adjustable to shorter lengths, but not longer.
