Sales & Exchanges

All sales at The Rusts Palm are subject to the specific policies noted below.


For health & safety reasons and out of respect for the hard work our vendors put into their product, all handmade items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Bath & body products
  • Candles
  • Jewelry
  • Health products
  • Food products
  • Children/baby items (stuffed animals, teethers, toys etc).
  • Handmade clothing items including tees & sweaters
  • Signs & Artwork
  • Pottery

However if there is an issue with your purchase let us know and we will handle any issues on a case by case basis. Please note: we cannot offer an immediate resolution for products that have already been opened, used or damaged once they have left the store. We will take your contact information, a detailed account of the issue, the damaged product (or photos of it) and contact the specific product vendor to determine how to move forward.

If there is a particular issue with a vendor's product, customers are welcome to contact those businesses directly instead of coming into the shop. All returns in this manner are at the discretion of the vendor and are to be discussed and resolved without involving The Rustic Palm.


The Rustic Palm does not offer full returns.

If your purchase is eligible for exchange, a shop credit will be issued for the total value of items to be returned that will remain valid for the duration we remain in business.

All exchanges MUST be addressed within 7 days of the original purchase date.

In order to be eligible for exchange, items must be in brand new, sellable condition - the condition they were in before leaving the shop (ie. all tags/labels attached, no stains, tears, markings or damage of any kind and the item is NOT a handmade item that falls within the category of our final sale policy above).


With over 90 local vendors and over 10,000 different products in the shop, The Rustic Palm is not responsible for any damages or issues cause by the mis-use or improper care of purchased items.

Customers are encouraged to follow all label/tag information including but not limited to directions, warnings, care instructions etc. Should you have any questions about a specific item, please reach out to the vendor who makes the product directly. If you are not sure who that was, we are happy to connect you with them.


The Rustic Palm is not responsible for any damage, adverse reaction, injury etc that may occur as a direct result from product purchased from our shop. Specific product vendors are to be contacted if any issues noted above occur.
